All items purchased through our online or retail store are made to order and bespoke in nature, please note once your order has been processed sales are considered final and any deposit taken is non-refundable. Products purchased from our online or retail store are made as requested and are unable to be returned for change of mind or incorrect purchase. Please choose carefully before making your purchase, our team are happy to answer any questions you may have and are available to provide assistance should you require.
Any item that is thought to be damaged or defective may be returned and the claim assessed by CBD Jewellers. The item must be unworn and in new condition. CBD Jewellers reserves the right to assess the jewellery and reject any claim if the jewellery is not in as new condition.
