Order
CBD Jewellers operate on a made to order basis to ensure the highest quality standard. Most orders will take 7-21 days for manufacture but this may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and subject to change during busy periods.
Some items may be in stock and ready to ship immediately, please read individual product descriptions or contact us for express delivery date estimates.
Custom designed items will be given an estimated completion date at the time of order. Many custom designs are completed within a 4 week timeframe but this will vary depending on a number of factors.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders include free express shipping. Depending on location we use Australia Post, TNT, Fedex & DHL.
All of our packages will require signature on delivery and are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.
Yes we ship worldwide! Please refer to our Shipping page or contact us for a quote.
Import duties and taxes may apply to international shipments outside of Australia. Upon arrival in your destination country, you are responsible for all custom fees and taxes that may be charged to release the parcel.
All jewellery purchased will be packaged in our custom high end jewellery boxes or custom jewellery pouches. We use plain outer boxes for shipping.
Where possible we use recycled packaging materials.
Manufacturing & Materials
Our jewellery is crafted from solid gold and precious metal. Our products are never silver filled, gold plated or vermeil. The only exception is our white gold jewellery which requires a rhodium plating during manufacture.
We use natural diamonds and precious gemstones in all of our pieces.
Yes we offer 2 options for gold recycling. You can receive a gold credit for you old gold jewellery that can be applied to any order or custom design. The value is determined by the weight and purity of the gold.
In some cases the gold can be melted and used in the production of your new jewellery, perfect for jewellery that also has sentimental value.
In most cases yes, as long as the size and quality is suitable we are happy to use customer supplied stones for custom designs.
You are purchasing jewellery that is handmade and uses natural materials, some slight variance in product may occur as each piece is considered unique. Minor inconsistencies are not considered to be faults however please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
Payments
We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Afterpay and Zip Money.
Payment can also be made via bank transfer and by cash in store.
All custom designed jewellery will require a 40% deposit at the time of order with the balance to be paid on completion.
Due to the bespoke nature of each piece any deposit taken is non refundable this is due to the purchase of raw materials and others factors such as design and manufacturing.
Yes we do! We have three finance options: ZipMoney, Afterpay and Humm.
Afterpay can be used for any items up to $1000. You can click the Afterpay option at the checkout to proceed with 4 easy (interest free!) instalments.
ZipMoney can be used for any items up to $5000. This option is also available at the checkout and they offer 6-12 months interest free.
With humm you can Buy Now Pay Later for the bigger purchases in life. Spend up to $30,000 and repay over time, always interest free.
