2. We meticulously update data on this web site. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors and misrepresentations.

3. We have the right to reject an order, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

4. Some pictures may be enlarged to reveal details.

5. Jewellery weights are approximate.

6. All orders are subject to credit card approval and availability.

7. The products listed are either; new, custom made or preloved.

8. Please note, if one of our items is out of stock or available on back order, the price may vary to remake depending on the gold price. This also includes diamonds and gems, as no gemstone is the same and may have an alternate price. Please contact us before ordering.

Online Custom Orders / Orders over $5,000:

Once funds have cleared, you will be contacted by one our CBD Jewellers team members.

Photo Identification and a copy of the card that was used for payment will be required.

Once this has all been confirmed custom orders will commence. If it is a stock purchase, items will be sent out or available for collection.

The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk. This Site may contain certain historical information. Historical information necessarily is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the content of this Site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on the Site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to the Site. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

If you do submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant CBD Jewellers and its affiliates an unrestricted, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such material throughout the world in any media. You further agree that CBD Jewellers is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how that you or individuals acting on your behalf provide to CBD Jewellers and its affiliates the right to use the name you submit in connection with such material, if they so choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the content you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate any provision herein and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify CBD Jewellers for all claims resulting from content you supply.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, graphic, images, videos, features and functionality are owned by CBD Jewellers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Product Information

We here at CBD Jewellers hand craft all of our items based on options that a customer may order on the following main options (such as design, size, type of metal used, color of metal used, quality of metal, quality of diamonds, colour of diamonds, etc.) from there we will develop our custom product for our clients and customer including but not limited to pendants, bracelets, necklaces, custom engagement and wedding rings, and more. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Buying Pre-Loved Products

We here at CBD Jewellers have a very high standard when re-selling pre-loved/estate jewellery. We have a thorough inspection process in place that checks that all materials are authentic and true to description when pre-loved jewellery/watches are being resold. These checks include but are not limited to – metals, diamonds, gemstones, watches, high end brand authentication.

While this is an absolute necessity for CBD Jewellers to provide the best quality and authentic jewellery/watches, we are not responsible for any faults or damages that occur once the goods are out of our possession. Unfortunately, we are not always aware on the previous history of each item so therefore we can not guarantee the longevity of the goods.  

Standard Jewellery Guarantee (New and Custom-Made Products)

1. CBD Jewellers offers a 12 month Guarantee from the date of purchase on jewellery against defects in material and / or workmanship and 6 months on repair work conducted in our workshop from the date of repair.
2. The costs of any repairs and maintenance carried out during the Standard Guarantee period, which are not the result of defects in material and/or workmanship, must be covered by the customer.
3. Any defects in material and/or workmanship that become evident during the Standard Guarantee validity period will be remedied by CBD Jewellers. The form of remedy will be a repair, replacement or refund depending on whether the defect is a major or minor failure.
4. In order to claim a remedy under the Standard Guarantee the goods must be returned for assessment and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.
5. The Standard Guarantee does not include the following to the extent they are permitted in the relevant legislation;
6. Damage due to ordinary wear and tear,
   ii. Damage due to misuse, accident, alteration, substitution or abuse,
   iii. Repairs and alterations performed by someone other than CBD Jewellers,
   iv. Theft, disappearance or loss (including loss of gem stones), and
   v. Any type of use causing damage or deterioration.
7. CBD Jewellers reserves the right to judge whether the jewellery has been subject to any of the above mentioned exclusions.
8. White gold and some silver jewellery is rhodium plated to enhance its appearance. This plating is not permanent and can wear off during normal wear and tear, therefore rhodium plating is excluded from our Standard Guarantee due to wear and tear. CBD Jewellers offers free rhodium plating within the first year of purchase.
9. When jewellery is replaced under Standard Guarantee, the new item of jewellery will automatically come with a new Standard Guarantee of twelve months from the date of replacement.
